If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation/reschedule fee of 50% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to paying 100% of the service cost before you will be able to rebook.

Arriving late will reduce time of service. I will not go over your scheduled appointment time to make up for it and the price will not be discounted. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be subject to pay the full amount of the service scheduled.

You are expected to arrive to your appointment without any eye makeup. If you do, it will need to be removed. Lash application time is reduced due to time spent on removing makeup.

I will work over other artist's work, provided the health and integrity of the lashes is not compromised. If I determine that the work warrants a removal and full set to preserve the health of the lashes, we will discuss your options and reschedule as necessary.

Shameless Skin Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book any permanent cosmetics service. The deposit is applied to the balance of your upcoming service.

Your permanent cosmetics service includes ONE complimentary touch-up. Your touch-up appointment is to be carried out 6-8 weeks after your initial session. If you fail to meet this requirement, touch-ups will be subject to the current annual touch-up pricing. Should you require an additional touch-up, this will be subject to current touch-up pricing.

Your privacy is very important to me. I collect your personal information such as your name, email, and phone number in order to create a client booking database and to keep you informed. I will never disclose your personal information to any third party.
